5 examples of art work from similar band artists

Here is the example of the album cover of Destiny's Child. The star image is quite similar to ours, however doesn't suit it perfectly. Basically, their image of sexy ladies, who a desired by men is what we want to create. I particularly like that cover, because my initial idea of our band's album cover is to make girls lye on the floor in a beautiful way and make a shoot from the up. I think this is very attractive and make an image of them being pure and innocent, as well as not protected which contrivers  with their star image of being very strong women.

                     

Another album cover I like is the album cover of a Ukrainian girls band "VIAGRA", whose brand and star image is sexiness, but not particularly talent or music. They are very popular in the post-soviet countries. I like that cover as it emphasises their beauty and sexy appearance. That is what attracts males and what females want to be like. 

I like the idea of them lying on the floor as I already said in the previous album description. However, in here I also like the diamonds and pearls being all over the floor. We can put the jewellery we are going to use during our shooting day to add to the image of them being posh, trendy and wealthy. 

That album cover reflects our band greatly. It is in black and white colours, and these are colours are going to be dominant on our album cover, as the girls are going to be wearing black and white suit and the musical instruments are also black and white. The name is printed in a rock style print that adds to the rebellious lifestyle and is pink which adds to the glamorous trendy look.

I also like the idea that they have the musical instruments with them as it makes the costumers think about their creative work, music and talent as well. 

The music genre of that band is pretty similar to our band "Reportage" and they almost the same target audience 17-25 young females.

That cover inspires me because there is nothing special in it, but only the singer's face. However,  that mirror using illusion is interesting and unusual. It inspires me to do the album cover with only a lead singer on it (Sunshine) with no make up on, to create an image of purity and nothing bad but only good. To show the audience that "Reportage" is not only young, rebellious and cares about living the moment but they are ordinary people as the audience and customers of the album are.

This album cover looks pretty similar to our shooting day image of band and the stage. We also are going to have white pedestal stage, the one girls are going to sing and walk on. Basically, they are going to wear black and white suits, however each of them will have a different attribute of a bright colour, to make an accent on. That is , basically, what that band has done. They made an accent on the girls appearance but not on the background. We can easily achieve that sort of album cover to be produced on the shooting day.
